Quick Reference Guide Development

Quick reference guides are designed for users who know the material or task but need something in front of them to remind them of the steps. These are typically 1-2-page documents used while completing a task.

e-Learning Modules

Designed to address in-depth topics that need more time and  examples.  This is a solution that is used to teach more complex topics with videos, activities and quizzes. They are customized  and can be accessed from a computer, tablet or smart phone.

Needs Assessment

The purpose of a training needs assessment is to identify performance requirements, knowledge and skills needed by your team to achieve your desired business results.  An effective training needs assessment will help prioritize your performance improvement needs by greatest demand.
